In light of the failure of some participants to complete their payments on due dates and their disregard in spite of all the leniency given, the ATPR will now have to enforce blacklisting such players in any of the future tournaments.  This policy is being implemented with immediate effect. Therefore, we would like to bring to the attention of players with unsettled participation fees to contact any of the ATPR Committee and clear any unsettled accounts without further delay.
